(drum roll please!)

It's interesting because my friend Maryanne had called me some months ago saying she found a cute place for us & thought we should look into it. We did a drive-by-peek-in-the-windows check & decided the other two homes we had just put an offer on were showier/bigger/you name it, we really loved those 2 houses. The ones we didn't get.

So fast forward to 4 weeks ago when our escrow on the home in the country fell through & then found out taxes in April were going to claim our home buying savings. And we were still in this rental house :( Oh! We want our own house! So as a last attempt, we looked at 4 houses, put offers on the 2 that were move-in-ready, countered back on both, & this one- the one we did a sneak peek n run on- accepted us. She's not showy, in fact, she's pretty unassuming, but we will be proud to call her our own :)
