Hi Mandi, you said to response so you know who has been here, your little fellow is so beautiful (Handsome) that is, he looks like he is a thinker already, I also looked up the saying raining cats and dogs and it said there is no definite place it has come from and the guessers were rather horrible, so my guess is throw the cats and dogs into one room let them go at it and you will have one wild mess, much like a storm. (smiles)
