It all started with Amazon (!)... I found a book called Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey for next to priceless and so, on a whim, I ordered it. So long story short I read it and saw the need and started praying about it and then Char finally read it and caught the bug and we've been looking for a way to conquer the debt ever since. Unfortunately, we have alot of debt. Some from silliness, some because of foolish decisions, and alot came with the birth of Zeke.
But. God always "honors those that earnestly seek him" and "gives us the desires of our heart"... which for us in this instance means when we sold Emma, we were not only able to eliminate one bill but we also made a profit and paid off one of Zeke's bills. Whoohoo!
And so with all that extra cash flowing around (!),
- it creates a snowball effect on all the other bills
- and we are finally able to sponsor Char's bro & his wife over in Israel as they are reaching the muslims for Christ.
Isn't that cool? If you have been feeling the need to conquer your debt, I strongly urge you to truly seek God's heart and direction- there's nothing too large for Him!

God bless you and your family for your faithfulness. ryan and i had the same conviction not long after we married ~ 10 yrs ago and we've been on that journey ever since....we've lived w/ little to no debt for years now and have been able to bless others w/ what God has blessed us w/ and it is such a blessing! keep pressing!
I have that book colecting dust on my shelf. YOu should have told me and I would have sent you ours! It's a great book though to have on your shelf!
