(side note: you can put arnica gel on the wound to help it heal faster and better!) congratulations on your growing family, so sweet, even thought right now it may not seem so sweet :) sorry it took me a while to say 'hey', with ryan leaving soon we've been crazy! did think of you on the wed you delivered, glad it all turned out well :) i didn't like the SM hospital either, i wish i would have gone to SLO or SB....anyway, hang in there! our love to all of you!
